Better visibility for Orthodontist notes on treatment plans

Today, ortho notes are displayed in the Treatment Plan history at the bottom of the treatment plan review page. When this feature is released, ortho notes will be displayed directly beneath the treatment plan. Orthodontists will also have better tools to format their notes and draw attention to key details.
