Improved orthodontist notes visibility in Treatment Plans

What's new?

No more digging around! With this update, orthodontist notes will now be displayed directly beneath the Treatment Plan you are reviewing, so you can easily find the feedback you are looking for.

Why did we make this update?

Previously, orthodontist notes were displayed in the Treatment Plan history at the bottom of the Treatment Plan review page, making them difficult to locate. With this change, we're making sure providers are able to easily view the expert feedback they want to see.

When is this change happening?

This change went live October 24th, 2022.

There are a couple ways to begin enjoying this update:

• On the Treatment Plan review page in your portal, look for "Orthodontist notes" right below the treatment plan

• Reach out to your Candid point of contact to set up a 1:1 session in which they’ll provide you with a white glove experience and answer any questions you may have around this change
