Next Generation Retention with PermaForm Retainers
What's new?
CandidPro is proud to announce the next generation of PermaForm retainers. On March 25th we made some updates to our current retainer offering, making them available for patients who have not gone through CandidPro aligner treatment, adding some additional clinical features, as well as updated pricing.
How do I order PermaForm retainers for patients that HAVE NOT gone through CandidPro aligner treatment?
The process for ordering PermaForm retainers (for non-CandidPro aligner patients) is no different than starting an aligner case. Simply click the "New Patient" button on your Action Items page and you'll now be able to select PermaForm retainers.
How do I order PermaForm retainers for patients that HAVE gone through CandidPro aligner treatment?
You can order PermaForm retainers for existing CandidPro patients by navigating to their patient detail page. For more information on this process, see here for additional information.
Have we made any changes to the retainer case submission process?
We've made a few small updates to improve your experience when ordering PermaForm retainers for your patients:
We've added a "Treatment Goals" section so that you can now request new clinical features (ability to account for pontics, bite ramps, or lingual bars) or provide any additional instructions.
When you order multiple retainers (available in quantities of 1, 2, 3, or 4) you will now see discounted pricing based on the quantity of retainers you've selected. For specific pricing by quantity, please reach out to your CandidPro Account Executive.
Why are we making these changes?
CandidPro is always looking to make sure you have the control and optionality needed to treat your patients. We've heard feedback that a retainers option was critical for end of treatment, truly making CandidPro your holistic malocclusion solution system. It's this reason we prioritized this updated feature, as we are always looking to grow with you and your practice.
