Retainers based on new scans now available!

What's new?

Given the importance of having up-to-date records for retention, we’ve gone ahead and added the ability for you to order retainers based on new scans through the CandidPro Portal.

How do I go about ordering retainers?

On the Patient Detail Page (where you see your patient’s treatment plan and information) there will be a button that says “Order retainers”. NOTE this button will become visible once your patient starts treatment.

Once you click here, a modal will pop up giving you the option to choose between “Use new scans” or “Re-use the last step”.

Clicking on the “Use new scans” option will prompt you to upload new materials for your patient so that we can create retainers based on the most up to date information about their bite.

When are these updates happening?

These changes went live November 27th, 2023.
