What's new?
When creating a new teen and youth case, the portal will no longer require a second email address for guardians of teen and youth patients.
Why did we make this update?
We want to streamline the case creation process for the cases created for patients under 18 years of age and eliminate frustrations from having to provide more than one guardian email address.
When is this change happening?
This change went live on October 13th, 2022.

There are a couple ways to begin enjoying this update:
Pull up your Candid portal when creating your next teen or youth case and input only one guardian email address
Contact your Candid point of contact to set up a 1:1 session in which they’ll provide you with a white glove experience and answer any questions you may have around this change
