Unlimited refinements now available

Unlimited Refinements!

Starting June 5th, any cases that have treatment plans approved will now have unlimited refinements, provided that the patient is in active treatment (see here for more details on how an active case is defined). These refinements are available for 3 years from the shipment date of the first set of aligners.

Why did we make this update?

We’ve heard feedback that our existing refinement policy felt a bit restrictive and wanted to make sure we are doing everything possible to support you and your patient. Given this, we've updated our policy accordingly!

When is this change happening?

These changes launched June 5th, 2023.
