Shipping enhancements for more streamlined ordering
What's new?
Patient shipping information will now be captured at treatment plan approval instead of patient case creation.
Patient home address - We've added a "Patient home address" field as part of case submission and the information will be stored on the patient record for future use.
Shipping location selection - In the treatment plan approval card, you will now be able to select what location you would like your patient's order to go to:
Patient home address
Practice address
Somewhere else
Email tracking - You can also choose whether you want your patient to receive shipping update emails so that once shipped, you and your patient can both be notified and provided with tracking information.
Alerts - We've put guardrails in place to catch when practice addresses are being inputted mistakenly as a patient addresses and prompt the information to be updated.

As we continue to expand our products and features, having this information captured and stored correctly will ensure that we get the right products to the right patients.
