Patient Notes are for internal reminders and for your team to communicate with each other.

What's new?

You can now add an internal note on the patient page within the portal. This note will also appear on your patient list. Doctors have requested this feature to:

• Keep track of Treatment Plan approval deadline to meet upcoming appointments

• Communicate patient next steps between team members

• Highlight important patient information
