Order retainers and replacement aligners easily in the Candid portal

What's new?

We've made it easier for you to order retainers and replacement aligners in the Candid Portal! Simply navigate to the new "+ Order a retainer or replacement" button when viewing a patient's case to start the process.

We have also enhanced the subsequent replacement aligner and retainer form so the first half will autofill the practice and patient information for your convenience.

Why are we making these changes?

We want to create a seamless and easy experience for our doctors to request retainers and additional aligners for patients.
