Help Center now available
What's New?
We've created a new page within the doctor portal that contains many different resources that may be helpful while using Candid. There are 5 main sections to the page:
Candid Academy: This section links out to various training materials you and your team can leverage and will act as a library for all future training content.
Software Tutorials: As we launch new features and functionalities, we’ll be adding in “tours” to help with learning our portal. You and your team can always access these tours here if they're ever closed out or you need a refresher.
Chat Support: You can access the direct link to our chat support team from this page in case you need to speak with someone about a question.
Clinical/Technical Resources: A repository of resources and help center content to answer any questions you have about using Candid.
“More ways to get help”: This section is just a reminder on the different ways you can reach out to Candid for any help.

Why are we making this updates?
We wanted to make sure that any and all resources needed to answer questions that may come up are readily accessible in a fast and easy way.
