Our latest product update is ready for your practice! Our team has made these features available to all of our providers as of this morning. Log in to your Portal to see what’s new.


New features available today:

  • CandidPro Elements: Our new pay-per-tray aligner product with single-arch compatibility

  • Loyalty Program: Expanded tiers with more ways to earn incremental discounts

  • Treatment viewer: New cases will feature an updated look and feel to improve user experience and set up future enhancements.


CandidPro Elements

Our new, limited aligner is now available! It’s a great option for treating simple (e.g., minor relapse and pre-restorative) cases requiring ten or fewer stages. Our Chief Dental Officer, Brian Gray, DDS, has recorded this brief overview video to help you understand how to use CandidPro Elements effectively.

Key Features of CandidPro Elements

  • Pricing structure: Instead of a flat comprehensive fee, you pay per aligner tray, which keeps the entry cost lower for simple cases.

  • Flexibility: If a treatment plan is more complex than you originally estimated, you can easily upgrade to a Comprehensive case to get the benefits of orthodontist review and unlimited refinements.

  • Aligner kit essentials: Each kit includes a luxury clear aligner case and Chewies.

  • Optional Monitoring: ProMonitoring is available as an individual add-on to any CandidPro Elements cases allowing you to customize the level of oversight based on the patient's needs.

Improving our approach to loyalty pricing

We’ve reimagined our loyalty program based on feedback from providers like you. Our new loyalty program offers a simplified qualifying period, additional tiers that help you earn profit-boosting discounts, and a points-based system that gives you more ways to earn our best pricing.

More ways to earn

As we expand our product suite, we want all of the cases you submit to count towards your loyalty status. Each product now earns you loyalty points, which will be reflected in your Portal.

More incremental discounts

We’ve added additional loyalty tiers to help you earn more incremental discounts, faster. Once you qualify for a tier, your new pricing will be immediately available for your next case.

Simplified qualifying period

Starting April 15th, your loyalty qualifying period will end every 6 months on the 14th of the month—instead of the date you joined as a provider. Your new qualifying period reset date will be “rounded up” to the closest 15th of the month.

Introducing a new treatment plan viewer

We're excited to share a significant upgrade to our treatment planning software — built to deepen clinical understanding and give you more control over every case.

This update applies to all newly submitted cases and serves as the foundation for a broader rollout of features and functionality in the months ahead.

Starting today, you'll have access to occlusal heat maps, an improved measurement grid, and a refreshed layout. And this is just the beginning — a more advanced viewer with additional data points and the features you've been asking for is on the way.
