A new ScanBox Pro adapter is coming soon

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the scanning experience for patients and practices, new patients will now receive an updated adapter for their ScanBox Pro in their aligner kits.

Using the new adapter is straightforward. Practice staff and patients do not need to determine the patient’s iPhone model. The ProMonitoring app will automatically detect the device and indicate if the adapter needs to be used.

If the ProMonitoring app prompts a patient to use the adapter, attaching it is easy and intuitive. The adapter is a short component that connects to the ScanBox between the cheek retractor tube and phone holder.
